Our Directors and Principal Solicitors, Natasha and Justin, are PPIL’s sibling duo. While Natasha heads the Mandurah office, and Justin heads the North Perth office, they are both available to meet with clients at either office. Both of our offices are fully staffed. Because we are a family-owned business, we take pride in the relationships that we have with our clients. Your emails and phone calls will always be responded to by our Principals or a member of our team, so that all of your queries are resolved.
- We cap our Solicitor/Client portion of our legal fees at 10% of the settlement amount
When we settle your claim, we always aim to maximise your lump sum compensation amount, as well as the insurer’s contribution towards your legal fees (Party to Party costs) and disbursements. At PPIL, your contribution to the legal fees (Solicitor/Client Costs) are capped at 10% of your lump sum settlement. This also means that if the actual Solicitor/Client Costs are less, we charge less than the 10% cap.

At PPIL, we pride ourselves in giving honest, frank advice and our transparency in all communications. We will not take on a claim that we aren’t confident in achieving a successful outcome, nor will we allow our client’s to be unprepared for foreseeable events.

We take our duty of care very seriously and ensure that we manage your claim and give you the right information and advice throughout, with the aim of maximising your financial entitlement and protecting and preserving your rights and entitlements. We ensure that we wait until your medical condition has reached medical stabilisation, or Maximum Medical Improvement, before recommending settlement of your claim. It is important that you settle your claim at the right time for the right amount.
