Natasha’s passion for personal injury law began in her early teenage years when she worked in her uncle’s personal injury law practice. After gaining valuable experience at several firms throughout the Perth region, she took a bold step in 2011 and founded her own firm – Peninsula Personal Injury Lawyers – based in Mandurah, WA. With over 35 years of experience in personal injury law and successful co-leading PPIL alongside her brother Justin since 2017, Natasha brings exceptional expertise to the management and resolution of personal injury claims across Western Australia. While her skills span a wide range of claim types, she holds particular expertise in motor vehicle accident claims and worker’s compensaion claims.

Justin joined his sister Natasha as a Director of Peninsula Personal Injury Lawyers in 2017, shortly before launching the firm’s North Perth office. Before joining PPIL, Justin built a diverse background, working across commercial litigation, native title, mining law, and personal injury. Justin has held management positions in mining companies and been an owner and operator of a labour hire company. With a diverse career and a decade of focused experience in personal injury law, Justin brings a high level of expertise to the field. He is particularly skilled in managing a broad range of claims, with a strong emphasis on worker’s compensation claims and mining related injuries.

Laura began her legal journey in 2006, completing an Advanced Diploma in Legal Studies before going on to obtain her Bachelor of Laws and Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at Edith Cowan University. In 2020, she joined PPIL as a graduate law student while completing her Practical Legal Training, volunteering her time to support the team. Her exceptional skill and strong work ethic quickly stood out, making it an easy decision for Natasha and Justin to welcome her as a Law Clerk. In November 2020, Laura was proudly admitted to the Supreme Court of Western Australia by Natasha. Based in our Mandurah office, Laura has developed extensive experience across a broad range of personal injury claims. She remains committed to delivering compassionate, expert support to clients throughout every stage of their claim.

Jacinta is a Senior Solicitor at our North Perth office with over 15 years of experience. She holds a Bachelor of Laws and was admitted to the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 2007. She is currently completing a Graduate Certificate in Applied Law (Dispute Resolution). Jacinta began her career in a regional firm before moving to Perth, where she has practised primarily in plaintiff personal injury law with a strong focus on public liability and fatal accident claims. She also operated her own practice for six years, focusing on wills and estates and family law.

Jack is a Solicitor based in our North Perth office, specialising in motor vehicle accident claims. Since his admission to the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 2023, he has developed a strong understanding of personal injury law and provides claims with a client-focused and compassionate approach to all our clients.

Chandler graduated from James Cook University with a Bachelor of Laws and was admitted to practice in Queensland in 2023. Working from our North Perth office, Chandler mainly manages Workers’ Compensation claims and is committed to providing professional and dedicated legal support to our clients.
